What is LOVE?
What does this one
word with four letters in it mean?
What does love mean to
you?
What does love mean to
all of you?
This is considered to
be the simplest questions but very difficult to be answered. Why?
It’s because every
living human being in this earth have very different understanding and logic on
what does the word love means to them.
But for me, love is
not only just a word, but also how you feel about or towards others and towards
your favourite things and perhaps hobbies. But there are different levels of
love. Some may only love their stuff only just a small amount unless their
stuff comes from the person that they love. For example, a girl got a present
from her boyfriend which she loves most and whenever she wears that gift, she
feels so alive or whatsoever.
Even tough love can be
considered as the most wonderful feeling in the world next to happiness, but it
can also be the reason why people are saddened and depressed. Most of the
reasons are what we called it as one-sided love.
As for myself, I have
also experienced this one-sided love. Here is my advice to you readers, if he
or she does not accept your love, don’t force those feelings into them. It will
only make things worse and may worsen your friendship, if the person that you
really love is your friend. Those feelings you have to shut them down, but not
immediately. Matters involving with feelings always take time and perhaps
dedication. Some things are just not meant to be and you have to learn to
accept that fact. I, myself always remind this into my brain and my heart. At
first it will hard, but as time goes by you will eventually get better.
To help you get
through, do something that you loved for example playing football or soccer,
hangout with your best buddies in this case your best buddies which is the same
gender as you and if you like to play videogames, you can play videogames or
perhaps try something new. These are some of the things that I have tried and
it works. It’s just that whenever you have the free time, try to make use of it
rather than just staring to the ceiling and think about the guy or girl that
you love.
But remember, never
STALK the person that you have a one sided love or you will be back to square
one. This is not a friendly reminder but a WARNING.
